01Visitor screen
The first screen visitors see after scanning
Visitors install nothing. They scan, tap, and talk.
-
QR codes that know where they are
Each QR code knows its own spot, like “3F food hall entrance.” Even for the same question, it shows what's needed at that spot first and answers from that location.
-
Tap the big button
Tap the big button and the conversation starts right away. You can also type.
-
Popular info
It answers only from guide cards your staff have approved, and every answer is marked as coming from AI.
-
Answers in your visitors' language
It shows the screen and answers in the languages you turn on — Korean, English, Spanish, Chinese, Japanese and Vietnamese. International visitors can simply ask in their own language.
02What's different
Not just a chatbot that reads documents — built to work inside real facilities.
It really calls a person
When a visitor taps “Call staff,” on-site staff get a text message with the location. If nobody confirms, the information desk's phone number is shown — so the button never leads nowhere.
Visitor feedback gets collected
The AI picks up complaints, suggestions and compliments like “It's too hot in here” and passes them to your staff with the location and time. Urgent things like injuries or fire are sent by text right away.
Conversations become records and reports
Even spoken conversations are saved as text. See them grouped by top questions, location, time of day and language, and fill in unanswered questions with a one-line answer so the AI can answer them next time.
Works with AI Announcement Broadcast
If you also use AI Announcement Broadcast, today's scheduled event announcements automatically appear as a “Today's events” card, and staff calls show up on the broadcast screen too.
03Customer service, upgraded
Better from day one, and better the more you use it.
From the day you put up the AI Help Desk, visitors ask and get answers right away, without waiting in line. And what visitors say doesn't just disappear. Unanswered questions and complaints are gathered for your staff, and as one-line answers and small fixes add up, the guidance gets more accurate. It's not a sign you put up and forget, but customer service that gets better every week.
- 1
Visitors ask and speak up
Questions and complaints come out naturally, just by talking.
- 2
Gaps come to light
Unanswered questions, guest feedback and the most-asked topics are gathered for your staff.
- 3
You fill them in, one line at a time
Answer from the link you get once a week, and fix pain points on site.
- 4
The next visitor gets better help
The AI answers the same question right away, and your report shows unanswered questions going down.
Back to 1 — this cycle repeats every week
04Get started
One QR code or one link is all it takes.
-
1
Pick your industry
Choose your type of place—supermarket, hospital, hotel—and the answers people there ask for most are prepared first.
-
2
Answer a few questions
Answer questions like opening hours, restrooms and parking, and your basic info cards are created.
-
3
Put up QR codes and send links
Put QR codes where visitors often ask, like entrances and elevators. At entry or check-in, just enter the visitor's number and the link goes out by text.
-
4
Visitors start asking
From here, visitors scan and ask. We gather the questions the AI couldn't answer—just reply to each in one line.
Have a manual or notice? Just upload it. The AI splits what visitors might ask about into draft cards.
Rather not do it yourself? Leave the setup to us — ₩99,000 one-time, included in the PRO plan.
05Put it up with confidence
It doesn't make things up, and it handles conversations with care.
Honest answers
- It answers only from guide cards your staff have approved, and every answer is marked as coming from AI.
- When it doesn't know, it honestly says “That information isn't registered yet” and passes the question on to your staff.
- Questions the AI shouldn't answer, such as medical, medication or legal questions, are directed to your staff.
How we handle personal data
- Conversation text is kept for 90 days and then deleted; only aggregated counts by topic remain.
- Personal details such as phone numbers, national ID numbers and card numbers are masked before anything is stored.
- Sensitive places like hospitals can choose not to store conversation transcripts at all.
- Visitors' voices are never recorded or stored on our servers, and the visitor screen never asks for names, contact details or phone location. When a link is sent by text, the number is used only to send it and is never stored.
06Where it's used
Anywhere visitors have questions.
Places where the same questions come up dozens of times a day, where many visitors come from abroad, and where staff can't always be at the desk.
-
Mart
“How late are the checkouts open?” “Where do I arrange home delivery?”
Cards and voice take care of everyday repeat questions about hours, delivery and parking first.
-
Shopping malls
“Where can I borrow a stroller?” “Which floor is the food court on?”
A QR code on each floor shows what people look for most on that floor first.
-
Hospitals
“Where's the blood test room?” “How do I get a parking discount?”
Medical questions are handed to staff instead of being answered, and you can choose not to store conversation transcripts.
-
Tourist attractions
“When does the next one leave?” “Where is the ticket office?”
International tourists ask in their own language and hear the answer right away.
-
Hotels
“What time does breakfast start?” “Can I leave my luggage?”
Guests ask right from their room or the lobby instead of lining up at the front desk.
-
Exhibition halls
“Which way should I go through the exhibition?” “Can I take photos?”
For quiet spaces, it shows captions first and suggests earphones.
07Pricing
Pricing is based on voice conversation time.
Each plan includes a monthly amount of voice conversation time. Text questions and staff calls also come in a set amount per plan, and even when the minutes run out, only voice pauses — text guidance keeps going.
Every plan also includes texts for sending links to visitors (from 100 a month on LITE).
Prices include VAT. Pay annually and get 2 months free; use AI Announcement Broadcast too and save 10%. Enterprise (franchises and public institutions) is quoted separately.

It's not just QR. The moment they walk in, it arrives by text, too.
Keep your QR codes and open one more door: text messages. At the ticket booth, front desk or registration desk, just enter the visitor's number and a link that opens the same AI Help Desk arrives by text. Throughout their stay, visitors tap that link whenever a question comes up and simply ask out loud.

Already sending booking or entry texts? Just add one line with the link. It reaches every visitor who walks in, automatically and with no texting cost.
Do visitors need to install an app?
No. Visitors just scan the QR code with their phone camera — no app, no sign-up, no login. The only prompt is a one-time microphone permission the first time they ask out loud.
Can hospitals use it?
Yes. Questions the AI shouldn't answer — about treatment, diagnoses or medication — are not answered; visitors are asked to check with staff instead. For quiet spaces it shows captions first and suggests earphones, and you can choose not to store conversation transcripts at all.
What if the AI doesn't know the answer?
It doesn't make things up — it says “That information isn't registered yet.” The question is passed on to your staff, and once they answer it in a single line, the AI uses that answer from then on. If a visitor needs a person right away, they can tap “Call staff.”
How does calling staff work?
When a visitor taps “Call staff,” the on-site staff you've assigned receive a text message with the location. Once a staff member confirms through the link in the message, the visitor's screen shows that someone is on the way; if nobody confirms within the time you set, the information desk's phone number is shown instead.
Can we send it by text instead of a QR code?
Yes. At the ticket booth, front desk or registration desk, just enter the visitor's mobile number and a link that opens the AI Help Desk goes out by text. Every plan includes a monthly number of texts (from 100 a month on LITE), and if you already send booking or entry texts, you can simply add the link to them at no texting cost.
Do you store visitors' phone numbers?
No. The number is used only at the moment the text is sent and is never stored. Records keep just the last 4 digits so staff can tell which text they just sent, and visitors can stop that facility's texts from the link page.
What happens when the voice minutes run out?
The big button switches to “Ask by text,” so guidance keeps working. You're never charged extra automatically — if you need more, just add a time pack.
How long does setup take?
Pick your industry and answer a few questions — opening hours, restrooms, parking — and the basic guide cards are created for you. Then print a QR code for each spot and put it up. If you'd rather not do it yourself, you can use our setup service.
Do I need AI Announcement Broadcast too?
No. The AI Help Desk is a separate service you can sign up for on its own. If you also use AI Announcement Broadcast, today's scheduled event announcements automatically appear as a “Today's events” card, and your plan price is 10% off.
Bring the AI Help Desk to your facility.
Try it free for 30 days, then decide. You register a card for verification when you start the trial, but you won't be charged — and nothing is billed automatically when the trial ends.
