Can I pay with a corporate card?

Yes. When paying by card, simply enter your business registration number in the date of birth field.

Can I use it for just one month?

Yes. After purchasing a membership, you can cancel the subscription under My Info > Payment Info to use it for that month only.

Do I need to keep paying for commercial use?

To keep using it commercially, do I need to keep paying to maintain my membership? ▼

No. A membership is only needed while you are creating voice files; once they are created, no membership is required. With a Basic membership or higher, your files can be used commercially forever.

When are characters deducted? ▼

The character count is deducted at voice creation, not at download. In other words, the character count for each request is deducted when you click the 'Generate Voice' button.

What is the subscription billing cycle? ▼

You are charged again 1 month (or 1 year for annual plans) after your first payment date. You can cancel your subscription at any time.

Do unused characters roll over? ▼

Remaining characters do not roll over to the next month (based on your billing date). Your character count resets each month on your billing date.

What do I do if I use up all my characters before the month is over and want to generate more voices? ▼

You can purchase additional characters in units of 5,000 from [Payment Info]. Alternatively, you can repurchase a membership to create voices with the membership's monthly character allowance again for another month.

Can you issue an electronic tax invoice? ▼

Yes, it is possible. Please select the icon at the bottom right of the screen to open the chat. Then press the buttons as follows: [Inquiry] ⇒ [Payment Inquiry] ⇒ [Electronic Tax Invoice Issuance & Payment]. Note that if you pay by card, an electronic tax invoice is not provided.

You can use it for a minimum of 1 month (single payment). After paying for the membership you want, press Cancel Recurring Payment in [My Info]-[Payment Info] to use it for just 1 month.

Where can I view my receipt? ▼

Upon payment, a receipt is sent to the inbox of your registered email. You can also check the receipt at the WeMakeVoice website under [Click ID] ⇒ [My Info] ⇒ [Payment Info].

What does "Storage" mean? ▼

Storage is a feature for temporarily keeping the voices you generate. You can reorder multiple generated files (by drag and drop) or merge them into a single file to download. It is also used to easily compare the voices you have generated.

I am using a membership and failed to cancel the recurring payment, so I have already been charged. Can I get a refund? ▼

If you have not used any characters, please click the chat icon at the bottom right ⇒ [Inquiry] ⇒ [Payment Inquiry] ⇒ [Refund Inquiry] to apply. A representative will review and process your refund in order. The card cancellation is processed within 1-2 days of application, and we will contact you separately if there is an issue with the card cancellation.
