How voice time is counted
The conversation ends after 30 seconds of silence.
How time is countedConnected time is counted in 10-second steps, with a 30-second minimum per connection.
One conversationRuns 3 minutes by default and extends up to 15 minutes if the visitor keeps talking. It ends after 30 seconds of silence.
When minutes run outThe big button switches to “Ask by text” and guidance continues. You're never charged extra automatically.

Will I be charged automatically when the trial ends?
No. When the 30-day trial ends, visitors see a notice that the service has ended; to keep using it, simply choose a plan and pay. The trial is available once per account.
How is voice conversation time counted?
Only the time a visitor is connected to the AI after tapping the big button counts. It's measured in 10-second steps with a 30-second minimum per connection, and a conversation ends after 30 seconds of silence so no time is wasted.
If I have several facilities, do they share the minutes?
Yes. Voice minutes are allocated per account and shared by all facilities in it. You can see usage for each facility in the Studio.
Can I change plans?
You can change anytime. Upgrades apply immediately and you pay this month's price difference (for annual plans, the remaining months); downgrades apply from the next billing date.
How do I cancel?
You can stop the next payment anytime in the Studio. You keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
