Governing language This English text is a convenience translation.

WeMakeVoice is operated by PictureOn, a company incorporated in the Republic of Korea, and these terms are governed by Korean law. The Korean version is the original and controlling text. If there is any discrepancy between this English translation and the Korean original, the Korean version prevails. Statutory references are to Korean legislation; where a provision reflects a mandatory Korean consumer-protection rule, consumers in other jurisdictions keep any rights their own local law gives them that cannot be waived by contract.

Terms of Service

Announced 1 Oct 2026 · Effective 1 Nov 2026

Welcome to WeMakeVoice.

Chapter 1 · General Provisions

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms set out the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the website and its users in relation to the internet services (the “Services”) provided on the WeMakeVoice site (“WMV”) operated by PictureOn, an e-commerce business operator.

Article 2 (Definitions)

① “WMV” means the virtual place of business that PictureOn has set up using information and communications facilities such as computers so that goods (streaming or files; the “Goods”) can be traded with users, and is also used to refer to the business operator running the website.

② “User” means a member or non-member who accesses WMV and receives the Services provided by WMV under these Terms.

③ “Member” means a person who has registered with WMV and may continuously use the Services provided by WMV.

④ “Non-member” means a person who uses the Services provided by WMV without registering as a member.

⑤ “Membership” means a paid pass sold by WMV that allows a Member to use paid Services for a fixed committed term.

⑥ “Allowance” means the usage limits granted to a Member according to the Membership tier, such as the number of characters that may be converted to speech and the number of announcement scripts.

Article 3 (Publication, Explanation and Amendment of the Terms)

① WMV shall post on the initial service screen of WMV, so that Users can easily find them, the contents of these Terms, the trade name and the name of the representative, the address of the place of business (including the address where consumer complaints can be handled), the telephone number, fax number and e-mail address, the business registration number, the mail-order business report number, and the person responsible for personal information management. The contents of the Terms may be made available to Users through a linked screen.

② Before a User agrees to the Terms, WMV shall provide a separate linked screen or pop-up screen and obtain the User's confirmation so that the User can understand important matters set out in the Terms, such as withdrawal of subscription, delivery responsibility and refund conditions.

③ WMV may amend these Terms to the extent that doing so does not violate applicable laws, including the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Framework Act on Electronic Documents and Transactions, the Electronic Financial Transactions Act, the Digital Signature Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, the Door-to-Door Sales Act and the Framework Act on Consumers.

④ Where WMV amends these Terms, it shall announce the amendment together with the current Terms on the initial screen of WMV, stating the effective date and the reason for the amendment, from seven days before the effective date until the day before the effective date. However, where the Terms are changed to the disadvantage of Users, the announcement shall be made with a grace period of at least 30 days. In such a case, WMV shall present a clear comparison of the contents before and after the amendment so that Users can easily understand them.

⑤ Where WMV amends these Terms, the amended Terms shall apply only to contracts concluded on or after the effective date, and the Terms prior to amendment shall continue to apply to contracts already concluded before that date. However, if a User who has already concluded a contract sends WMV, within the announcement period under paragraph ④, an indication that the User wishes the amended provisions to apply, and WMV consents, the amended provisions shall apply.

⑥ Matters not provided for in these Terms and the interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Consumer Protection Guidelines in Electronic Commerce established by the Fair Trade Commission, other applicable laws and commercial practice.

Article 4 (Provision and Change of Services)

① WMV performs the following:

  1. Providing information on Goods or services and concluding purchase contracts
  2. Supplying Goods or services for which a purchase contract has been concluded
  3. The MP3 voice production service, which converts text into speech and provides it as real-time streaming or as an audio file (MP3 and similar formats)
  4. The AI announcement service, which supports the production and broadcasting of public-address announcements in stores, facilities and similar premises
  5. The AI information desk service, which supports AI guidance by text and voice for visitors who ask questions through QR codes or links placed at a facility
  6. Other work determined by WMV

② WMV may change the content of Goods or services to be provided under contracts to be concluded in the future, for reasons such as the Goods being out of stock or a change in technical specifications. In such a case, WMV shall immediately announce the changed content and the date of provision in the place where the current content is posted.

③ Where WMV changes the content of a service it has contracted to provide to a User because the Goods are out of stock, technical specifications have changed or for similar reasons, WMV shall immediately notify the User at an address at which the User can be notified.

④ In the case of the preceding paragraph, WMV shall compensate the User for any loss suffered as a result. This does not apply where WMV proves that it acted without intent or negligence.

Article 4-2 (Composition of the Services and Memberships) Amended Nov 2026

① The Services provided by WMV are divided as follows:

  1. MP3 voice production service: a service that converts text entered by a User into AI speech and allows the User to produce, preview, store, edit and download audio files (MP3 and similar formats).
  2. AI announcement service: a service that supports the production, playback and scheduled broadcasting of in-facility announcements in stores, supermarkets, hospitals, care facilities and similar premises.
  3. AI information desk service: a service that, based on the information registered by a facility such as a store, hospital or tourist site, allows visitors to connect through a QR code or link, ask questions by text or voice, and receive guidance from AI.

② The specific features, Membership tiers, Allowances and fees for each Service are posted on that Service's pricing page, and the posted content forms part of these Terms.

③ Memberships are operated separately for each Service. Subscribing to the Membership of one Service does not include the right to use the paid features of the other Service.

④ WMV's paid Memberships are operated in fixed committed terms. A committed term is either one month or one year, and the amount shown on the service screen is the cost of using the Service for that committed term.

⑤ WMV may add or change detailed features of the Services as required for operational or technical reasons. Where a material change is disadvantageous to Members, WMV shall notify them by the method set out in Article 8 or announce it on the service screen.

⑥ WMV's Services use generative artificial intelligence to create outputs such as voice, music, video and text. WMV indicates in the file information (metadata) and similar places of the outputs that Members download that they were generated by artificial intelligence; this indication may be omitted where a Member has chosen to save files without file information.

Article 4-3 (Change or Discontinuation of AI Voices; Disclaimer) New, Jul 2026

① The AI voices provided in the Services may be added, changed or removed without prior notice due to circumstances of WMV or its partners, including a change in policy or the discontinuation of service by a speech-engine provider, a change or termination of a licence agreement, a change in technical specifications, or quality improvements.

② Even if a particular AI voice is removed or changed so that a Member can no longer use it, WMV shall not be liable for any disadvantage or loss arising from this. This does not apply where the cause is WMV's intent or gross negligence.

③ The removal or change of a voice under paragraph ① does not affect the validity or use of audio files that were already produced and stored or downloaded by the Member before that time.

④ Where the removal or change of a voice in service is planned, WMV shall use reasonable efforts to give advance notice, for example by an announcement on the service screen.

Article 5 (Suspension of Services)

① WMV may temporarily suspend the provision of the Services where there is maintenance, inspection, replacement or a failure of information and communications facilities such as computers, or an interruption of communications.

② WMV is not liable to compensate a User or a third party for loss suffered because of a temporary suspension under paragraph ①.

③ Where WMV can no longer provide all or part of the Services because of a change of business line, abandonment of the business, a merger between companies, the termination of a partner service or similar reasons, WMV shall notify Users by the method set out in Article 8 and announce it on the service screen at least 30 days before the scheduled termination date.

④ Where the Services are terminated under paragraph ③, WMV shall compensate consumers as follows:

  1. Members using a paid Membership shall be refunded the fee corresponding to the remaining period after the termination date, calculated on a daily pro-rata basis. In this case, the discount clawback and early-termination charge for mid-term cancellation (Article 12, paragraph ④) shall not apply.
  2. Where there is an unused balance of additional Allowance purchased for a fee (such as a character top-up), it shall be refunded on the basis of the purchase amount.
  3. WMV shall arrange for data such as audio files produced and stored by Members to remain downloadable for at least 30 days from the termination date.
Chapter 2 · Members

Article 6 (Membership Registration)

① A User applies for membership by entering member information in the registration form determined by WMV and then indicating agreement to these Terms.

② WMV shall register as a Member any User who has applied under paragraph ① unless one of the following applies:

  1. The applicant has previously lost membership status under Article 7, paragraph ③. This does not apply where three years have passed since the loss of membership status under Article 7, paragraph ③ and WMV has consented to re-registration.
  2. The registration details contain falsehoods, omissions or errors.
  3. Registering the applicant as a Member is otherwise judged to cause significant technical difficulty for WMV.

③ The membership contract is formed at the time WMV's acceptance reaches the Member.

④ Where there is a change in the matters registered at the time of membership registration, the Member shall notify WMV of the change within a reasonable period, for example by editing their member information.

Article 7 (Withdrawal of Membership and Loss of Status)

① A Member may request withdrawal from WMV at any time, and WMV shall process the withdrawal immediately.

② WMV may restrict or suspend a Member's status where any of the following applies:

  1. The Member registered false information when applying.
  2. The Member fails to pay, by the due date, the price of Goods purchased through WMV or other debts the Member owes in connection with the use of WMV.
  3. The Member threatens the order of electronic commerce, for example by interfering with another person's use of WMV or misappropriating their information.
  4. The Member uses WMV to do anything prohibited by law or these Terms, or contrary to public order and morals.
  5. The Member uses the WMV Services for unlawful purposes (including obscene material), or for purposes amounting to social violence, defamation or abusive language.

③ Where, after WMV has restricted or suspended membership status, the same conduct is repeated two or more times or the cause is not rectified within 30 days, WMV may terminate the Member's status.

④ Where WMV terminates a Member's status, it shall delete the membership registration. In this case WMV shall notify the Member and, before deleting the registration, give the Member an opportunity to explain within a period of at least 30 days.

Article 8 (Notices to Members)

① Where WMV gives notice to a Member, it may do so to the e-mail address designated in advance by agreement between the Member and WMV.

② For notices to an unspecified number of Members, WMV may substitute an individual notice by posting on the WMV notice board for one week or more. However, individual notice shall be given for matters that have a material effect on the Member's own transactions.

Chapter 3 · Contract · Payment · Membership

Article 9 (Purchase Applications and Consent to Provision of Personal Information)

① A User applies to purchase on WMV by the following or a similar method, and WMV shall present each of the following clearly when the User makes a purchase application:

  1. Searching for and selecting Goods
  2. Entering the recipient's name, address, telephone number and e-mail address (or mobile number) — not applicable to streaming or MP3 files
  3. Confirming the contents of the Terms, the services for which the right of withdrawal is restricted, and matters relating to the bearing of costs such as delivery charges and installation fees
  4. An indication (for example a mouse click) agreeing to these Terms and confirming or declining the matters in item 3
  5. The purchase application for the Goods, and confirmation of it or consent to WMV's confirmation
  6. Selection of the payment method

② Where WMV needs to provide a purchaser's personal information to a third party, it shall inform the purchaser of and obtain consent to (1) the recipient of the personal information, (2) the purpose for which the recipient will use it, (3) the items of personal information provided, and (4) the period for which the recipient will retain and use it. The same applies where the matters consented to change.

③ Where WMV entrusts the handling of a purchaser's personal information to a third party, it shall inform the purchaser of and obtain consent to (1) the party entrusted with handling the personal information and (2) the content of the entrusted work. The same applies where the matters consented to change. However, where this is necessary to perform a contract for the provision of services and relates to improving the purchaser's convenience, the notification and consent procedures may be omitted by giving notice through the privacy policy in the manner prescribed by the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.

Article 10 (Formation of the Contract)

① WMV may decline a purchase application under Article 9 in any of the following cases. However, where a contract is concluded with a minor, WMV shall give notice that the minor or their legal representative may cancel the contract if the legal representative's consent is not obtained.

  1. The application contains falsehoods, omissions or errors.
  2. A minor is purchasing Goods or services prohibited by the Juvenile Protection Act, such as tobacco or alcohol.
  3. Accepting the purchase application is otherwise judged to cause significant technical difficulty for WMV.

② The contract is deemed formed at the time WMV's acceptance reaches the User in the form of the confirmation of receipt under Article 12, paragraph ①.

③ WMV's indication of acceptance shall include confirmation of the User's purchase application, whether the sale is possible, and information on correcting or cancelling the purchase application.

Article 11 (Payment Methods)

Payment for Goods or services purchased on WMV may be made by whichever of the following methods is available. WMV may not collect any additional fee of any kind on top of the price of the Goods in respect of the User's payment method.

  1. Account transfers of various kinds, including phone banking, internet banking and mail banking
  2. Card payments of various kinds, including prepaid cards, debit cards and credit cards
  3. Payment by mobile phone

Article 11-2 (Membership Commitment and Allowances) New, Jul 2026

① WMV's paid Memberships may be purchased in committed terms of one month or one year, and the payment amount shown on the service screen is the cost of use for the entire committed term. Where a monthly-equivalent amount is also shown for an annual product, this is for presentational convenience only; the contract is formed for the committed term as a whole.

② Memberships for the MP3 voice production service carry an Allowance, such as the number of characters that may be converted to speech, according to the tier. The type and quantity of Allowance and the cycle on which it is granted (for example monthly) are posted on that Service's pricing page.

③ A granted Allowance, such as characters, may be used only within the relevant allowance cycle and committed term. Even if a Member does not use the whole Allowance within the allowance cycle or the committed term, any remaining Allowance expires automatically when that period ends (including on cancellation or termination of the Membership), and is not carried over, accrued or refunded.

④ Allowances granted free of charge or through promotions are subject to the conditions determined by WMV and may be adjusted or expire without separate notice.

Article 11-3 (Changes to Fees and Allowances) New, Nov 2026

① WMV may change the fees for paid Memberships and add-on products (such as time packs, expansion packs and character top-ups) and the Allowances for each Membership tier where there is a reasonable ground, such as a change in the cost of the external AI and voice engines, cloud or communications services used to provide the Services, exchange rates, taxes or applicable law.

② Where WMV makes a change that is disadvantageous to Members, such as raising a fee or reducing an Allowance, it shall notify Members individually by the method set out in Article 8, and announce on the service screen, at least 30 days before the change takes effect: the fees and Allowances before and after the change, the effective date, the reason for the change, and how to cancel (stop automatic renewal).

③ For a committed term that the Member has already paid for (including the whole of an annual term), the fees and Allowances before the change continue to apply. The changed fees and Allowances apply from the next committed term that begins on or after the effective date of the change (including automatic renewals).

④ Where WMV raises the fee of an automatically renewing Membership, it shall obtain the Member's consent before charging the increased fee, and shall not charge the increased fee without that consent. In that case the Membership ends at the end of the committed term already paid for. The Member may also stop automatic renewal at any time before then so that the Membership ends when the current term expires, and no early-termination charge applies.

⑤ A change that is favourable to Members, such as lowering a fee or increasing an Allowance, may be applied from the date of announcement, regardless of the period in paragraph ②.

Chapter 4 · Cancellation · Withdrawal · Refunds

Article 12 (Confirmation of Receipt; Change and Cancellation of Purchase Applications) Amended Nov 2026

[Subscription services (Memberships)]

① A Member may withdraw their subscription within seven days from the date the contract for the use of the paid service was concluded. Where the paid service differs from what was displayed or advertised, or has been performed differently from the contract, the Member may withdraw within three months from the date the paid service was supplied, or within 30 days from the date the Member became aware or could have become aware of that fact. In such a case, the Member shall pay WMV the amount corresponding to the benefit already obtained from using the paid service.

② A Member may at any time apply to cancel a Membership (stop automatic renewal) through the [My Info] menu in the Service or through customer support, and WMV shall process this promptly in accordance with applicable law.

③ (Early cancellation of a one-month term) Where a Member cancels during a one-month Membership term, the cancellation takes effect at the end of the term already paid for. The Member may continue to use the Service until the term expires, and the fee already paid is not refunded on a daily pro-rata basis. This is subject to the withdrawal right in paragraph ① and to any refund required by applicable law.

④ (Early cancellation of an annual term and early-termination charge) Where a Member cancels an annual Membership during the committed term and requests a refund for the remaining period, WMV may deduct from the refund, or charge the Member, the aggregate of the following:

  1. The difference between the fee recalculated for the period already used at the standard rate before the annual discount (the one-month term rate) and the corresponding portion of the amount already paid (the discount clawback).
  2. An early-termination charge equal to 10% of the fee for the remaining committed period.

⑤ A Member may set, within the Service, what happens after the committed term ends — termination, automatic renewal, changes to the contract conditions, or a change of plan. If the Member does not change the setting, the contract renews automatically on the same conditions when the committed term expires. Where the fees or Allowances have been changed, however, Article 11-3 applies.

⑥ Cancellation or expiry of a Membership only ends the use of paid features; it does not affect membership status or the data the Member has produced and stored (audio files, announcement scripts and so on), and the Member may continue to use the Service within the free tier. However, for the efficient operation of storage, WMV may delete the following data. The retention and destruction of personal information is governed by applicable law and the Privacy Policy.

  1. Data for which six months have passed since the paid Membership ended by expiry or cancellation. In this case WMV shall give advance notice by the method set out in Article 8, and the Member may download or delete the data before it is removed.
  2. Data for which 30 days have passed since the Member withdrew. These 30 days are a retention period in case of unauthorised withdrawal such as account takeover. After withdrawal the Service cannot be accessed, so any data you need must be downloaded before you withdraw.

⑦ WMV may terminate the service contract with a Member in the following cases:

  1. The Member has applied for, or is subject to, rehabilitation or bankruptcy proceedings.
  2. The Member has used WMV for unlawful purposes or has distributed unlawful information.
  3. The Member has breached these Terms and has not complied with WMV's request to remedy the breach within seven business days.
  4. One month has passed since the Member's account was placed in “suspended for non-payment” status for failure to pay fees.

⑧ Where the service contract is terminated under paragraph ⑦, paragraph ⑥ applies to the retention and deletion of data. Data deleted after the retention period in paragraph ⑥ cannot be recovered, so Members must download and keep any data they need within the retention period.

⑨ Notwithstanding this Article, WMV may operate a separate refund guarantee policy that is more favourable to Members (for example a full refund if the Member is dissatisfied with service quality). Where such a policy applies, it takes precedence. The details are posted on the pricing page or in announcements.

[Character top-ups (purchase of additional Allowance)]

① A Member may purchase additional Allowance such as characters for a fee while using a Membership (a “top-up”). Topped-up Allowance is granted immediately upon payment, so WMV does not issue a separate confirmation of receipt.

② Topped-up Allowance may be used within the allowance cycle and committed term in progress at the time of the top-up, and the expiry of any remaining balance is governed by Article 11-2, paragraph ③.

③ Refunds of top-ups are handled through the [Customer Support] menu as follows:

  1. Where there has been no usage after the top-up: the Member may withdraw the subscription and receive a full refund within seven days from the payment date.
  2. Where part of the top-up has been used: only the unused portion is refunded, and a refund fee equal to the greater of KRW 1,000 or 10% of the refund amount for the unused portion may be deducted.
  3. Allowance granted free of charge or through promotions is not refundable (Article 11-2, paragraph ④).
  4. Refund processing time: account transfers are paid into the account of the person who made the payment within five business days; for credit-card payments, cancellation is requested from the card company within three business days (the card company's own processing may take up to one week).
  5. Refunds are processed to the holder of the payment method, and supporting evidence such as a copy of the payment holder's bank passbook may be requested for verification.

Article 13 (Supply of Goods)

① Unless separately agreed with the User as to the time of supply, WMV shall take the necessary measures, such as made-to-order production and packaging, so that the Goods can be supplied within seven days from the date the User places the order. However, where WMV has already received all or part of the price of the Goods, it shall take such measures within three business days from the date it received all or part of the price. WMV shall take appropriate measures so that the User can check the supply procedure and its progress.

② WMV records Goods purchased by a User in the history. If WMV exceeds the agreed supply period, it shall compensate the User for the resulting loss. This does not apply where WMV proves that it acted without intent or negligence.

Article 14 (Reimbursement)

Where WMV cannot deliver or provide Goods that a User has applied to purchase because they are out of stock or for a similar reason, WMV shall notify the User of the reason without delay and, if it has received the price of the Goods in advance, shall reimburse it or take the measures necessary for reimbursement within seven business days from the date it received the price.

Article 15 (Withdrawal of Subscription)

① A User who has concluded a contract to purchase Goods with WMV may withdraw the subscription within seven days from the date the contract was concluded (or, where the Goods are supplied later, from the date the Goods were supplied), in accordance with Article 17 of the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce. Where that Act provides otherwise in respect of withdrawal, those provisions apply.

② Where a User has received the Goods, the User may not return or exchange them in any of the following cases:

  1. The Goods have been lost or damaged for reasons attributable to the User (however, withdrawal is possible where the packaging was damaged in order to check the contents).
  2. The value of the Goods has decreased significantly because the User has used or partly consumed them.
  3. The value of the Goods has decreased significantly with the passage of time to the extent that resale is difficult.
  4. Where Goods of the same performance can be reproduced, the packaging of the original Goods has been damaged.

③ In the cases of items 2 to 4 of paragraph ②, the User's right of withdrawal is not restricted if WMV did not clearly state in a place where consumers can easily find it that withdrawal is restricted, or take measures such as providing a trial product.

④ Notwithstanding paragraphs ① and ②, where the content of the Goods differs from what was displayed or advertised, or has been performed differently from the contract, the User may withdraw the subscription within three months from the date the Goods were supplied, or within 30 days from the date the User became aware or could have become aware of that fact.

Article 16 (Effects of Withdrawal of Subscription)

① Where WMV receives Goods back from a User, it shall reimburse the price already received within three business days. If WMV delays reimbursement, it shall pay delay interest for the period of delay, calculated using the rate prescribed in Article 21-2 of the Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.

② When reimbursing the price, where the User paid by a payment method such as a credit card or electronic currency, WMV shall without delay request the business that provided that payment method to suspend or cancel the claim for the price of the Goods.

③ In the event of withdrawal, the User bears the cost of returning the Goods supplied. WMV shall not claim a penalty or damages from the User on the ground of withdrawal. However, where the withdrawal is because the content of the Goods differs from what was displayed or advertised, or was performed differently from the contract, WMV bears the cost of returning the Goods.

④ Where the User has borne the shipping cost of receiving the Goods, WMV shall clearly indicate who bears that cost on withdrawal, so that the User can easily understand it.

Chapter 5 · Privacy · Obligations · Other

Article 17 (Protection of Personal Information)

① When collecting a User's personal information, WMV collects the minimum personal information necessary to provide the Services. However, text created by the User is retained in order to improve service quality and to prevent malicious (unlawful) use.

② WMV does not collect in advance, at the time of membership registration, information needed to perform a purchase contract. This does not apply where identity verification is required before a purchase contract in order to comply with a legal obligation and a minimum of specific personal information is collected.

③ When collecting and using a User's personal information, WMV notifies the User of the purpose and obtains consent.

④ WMV may not use collected personal information for purposes other than those stated. Where a new purpose of use arises or the information is provided to a third party, WMV notifies the User of the purpose and obtains consent at the stage of use or provision. This does not apply where applicable law provides otherwise.

⑤ Where WMV must obtain a User's consent under paragraphs ② and ③, it shall state or give notice in advance of the matters prescribed in Article 22, paragraph 2 of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection — including the identity of the person responsible for personal information management (affiliation, name, telephone number and other contact details), the purposes of collection and use, and matters relating to provision to third parties (the recipient, the purpose of provision and the content of the information provided) — and the User may withdraw that consent at any time.

⑥ A User may at any time request to view and correct errors in their own personal information held by WMV, and WMV is obliged to take the necessary measures without delay. Where a User requests correction of an error, WMV shall not use the personal information concerned until the error has been corrected.

⑦ For the protection of personal information, WMV shall limit to a minimum the number of persons who handle Users' personal information, and bears full responsibility for loss suffered by a User as a result of the loss, theft, leakage, provision to a third party without consent, or alteration of the User's personal information, including credit card and bank account details.

⑧ WMV, or a third party that has received personal information from WMV, shall destroy the personal information without delay once the purpose of collection or of provision has been achieved.

⑨ WMV does not pre-select the consent boxes for the collection, use and provision of personal information. WMV also specifies which services are restricted if the User declines consent, and does not restrict or refuse the provision of services such as membership registration on the ground that the User has declined consent to the collection, use or provision of personal information that is not a mandatory item.

Article 18 (Obligations of WMV)

① WMV shall not do anything prohibited by law or these Terms, or contrary to public order and morals, and shall do its best to provide Goods and services continuously and stably as set out in these Terms.

② WMV shall have a security system in place to protect Users' personal information (including credit information) so that Users can use internet services safely.

Article 19 (Obligations Regarding Member IDs and Passwords)

① Except in the cases under Article 17, the Member is responsible for managing their ID and password.

② A Member must not allow a third party to use their ID and password.

③ Where a Member becomes aware that their ID and password have been stolen or are being used by a third party, they shall notify WMV immediately and follow WMV's instructions if any are given.

Article 20 (Obligations of Users)

Users must not do any of the following:

  1. Registering false information when applying or making changes
  2. Misappropriating another person's information
  3. Altering information posted on WMV
  4. Transmitting or posting information other than information determined by WMV (such as computer programs)
  5. Infringing the copyright or other intellectual property rights of WMV or a third party
  6. Damaging the reputation of, or interfering with the business of, WMV or a third party
  7. Disclosing or posting on WMV obscene or violent messages, images, sounds or other information contrary to public order and morals

Article 21 (Relationship Between Linking and Linked Sites)

① Where a higher-level WMV site and a lower-level site are connected by hyperlink (the target of a hyperlink may include text, images and moving images), the former is called the linking site and the latter the linked site.

② Where the linking site has stated on its initial screen, or on a pop-up screen at the time of linking, that it does not guarantee transactions conducted with Users in respect of Goods independently provided by the linked site, the linking site does not bear guarantee responsibility for those transactions.

Article 22 (Ownership of Copyright and Restrictions on Use)

① Copyright and other intellectual property rights in works created by WMV belong to WMV.

② A User must not use, for commercial purposes, or allow a third party to use, information obtained through the use of WMV in which intellectual property rights belong to WMV, by reproduction, transmission, publication, distribution, broadcasting or any other method, without the prior consent of WMV.

③ Where WMV uses copyright belonging to a User under an agreement, it shall notify that User.

Article 23 (Dispute Resolution)
